Sunday, July 17^th was a special day as our 1960 Mercedes-Benz 300SL won its class, and the Best Open Post-WWII Car perpetual trophy at the 60^th Hillsborough Concours d’Elegance. Originally the Mercedes show car at the 1960 Copenhagen International Auto Show, the Roadster underwent a two-year, 4000+ hour restoration at Canepa bringing it back to the condition that wowed the crowds in Denmark 56 years ago.
